If you wish to cancel your reservation please contact us through the above form using the subject “Cancellation”. In addition, fill in the Message field with all the information of your booking ( date, time, route etc)
Yes, but please notice our following policy rules:
1. If the trip is canceled by the customer 3 or more days before departure, 50% of the total amount will be
withheld by the company SAFARI EXPERTS CRETE.
2. If the tour is canceled by the customer less than 48 hours before departure, 100% of the total amount will be withheld by SAFARI EXPERTS CRETE.
3. In case the customer does not appear at the point of the pick up then your reservation is considered invalid
and 100% of the total amount will be withheld by SAFARI EXPERTS CRETE.
Note:
Due to the special circumstances we are going through COVID-19 the company SAFARI EXPERTS CRETE gives you the possibility to change the reservation date 5 days or more before departure if there are places available for the new date you want to set. Otherwise you will be
offered a new booking date by us.

The excursion Private Tour:
If the tour is an excursion that includes food then yes otherwise it depends on the agreement you have made with us.
Yes of course there is and believe us it is delicious as in Crete there are many vegetarian and vegan recipes with fresh ingredients and olive oil!
Yes there is, just let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to enjoy a delicious Cretan lunch without the allergenic ingredients that you will suggest.

Yes , our Safari is wheelchair accessible and our drivers are well-trained and they have the experience to do the excursion to people with various disabilities and needs.
Yes it is safe as our company follows all the recommended protocols of hygiene and cleanliness and disinfection against Covid-19 and other viruses. Our guides have also attended special government training seminars on hygiene. In addition, each vehicle is cleaned and disinfected after each use.
